European Cities Marketing

For the European Cities Marketing website, the goal was to channel the organisation’s dynamism and showcase the destinations as modern and lively, not just repositories of historical artefacts.

To achieve this, city silhouettes were used as backgrounds for different page sections, creating a distinctive and engaging visual narrative. Beautiful images served as dividers between sections, cut with diagonal lines to add a sense of movement and contemporary flair. The downloadable PDFs were slightly rotated to break the monotony and introduce a playful element.

Inspired by modern architecture, the use of diagonal lines was designed to highlight the vibrant and dynamic nature of these European cities, presenting them as exciting, forward-thinking destinations.

Mamecology

Mamecology is a project that involved designing a platform for a virtual exhibition showcasing creative responses to breast cancer. Two versions of Mamecology were developed, each exploring the design concept through collages of female-related motifs. These collages allude to sources of inspiration, joy, and strength, capturing the microcosm of female imagination.

The central graphic motif, also used in the logo, is a disk adorned with golden lines, inspired by Kintsugi – the Japanese art of repairing broken objects with gold. This motif symbolizes surgical scars, transforming the cancer experience into a source of strength and a unique form of beauty.
